Baron Geisler files graft charges in the Ombudsman against three officials of the Department of Justice yesterday.
Respondents in the case are Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito Zuño, Asst. Chief State Prosecutor Miguel Gudio and State Prosecutor Amanda Felipe.
Baron claims that the three officials are responsible for recommending the filing of acts of lasciviousness charges against him to the regional trial court.
Baron's lawyer, Atty. Bonifacio Alentajan, argued that the prosecutors "abused" their authority and violated the provisions under the Anti-Graft and Corruption Practices Act of 1992.
Baron Geisler pleaded to the public not to make prejudices against him until the case has been resolved.
